The terms that apply when you use the CodeLeo site. By continuing to browse you accept them.

What this site is

Cases and method articles on this site are research content. Every one carries an evidence tier (first-party delivery / company disclosure / third-party reporting / inferred / anecdotal) and links to its sources.

An evidence tier describes where the information came from. It is not a guarantee that we endorse the conclusion, and none of it is investment, legal or financial advice.

The companies described are the subjects of the cases, not clients of this site. Inclusion is not a partnership or an endorsement.

The 3-question diagnostic and asset packs

The result is generated from the three options you select. It is general guidance and does not replace advice about your specific situation.

Asset packs are downloadable internal method documents, provided for evaluation and reference.

Intellectual property

The copy, layout, imagery and code on this site are copyrighted. Case information comes from the companies' own disclosures or third-party reporting, and those rights remain with their respective owners.

Inclusion standard: third-party cases are only carried when the source is fully public and the source site permits reprinting and hosting. All other public sources are cited as our own summary with a link — never reprinted — and every case's source list states its licence status. Cases published on ZenAI's own sites (zenaicorp.com / zenai.cc) are our own delivery work.

AI briefs: every brief is original CodeLeo writing (AI-assisted drafts, human-reviewed) — our own headline, factual signal and decision implication, never a copy of the original expression. Original reporting is referenced by attribution only (publisher + original headline + link); copyright remains with each publisher and we claim no rights over their content.

You may quote this site with attribution. Please do not pass it off as your own research.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
