What you send us: when you submit a contact form, subscribe to the newsletter or use the ROI estimator, we receive the name, company, email address and problem description you typed.

Diagnostic answers: when you finish the 3-question diagnostic we record the industry, the bottleneck and the AI-maturity answer you selected, so the result can be generated.

Usage statistics: this site uses Google Analytics 4 to record page views and interactions (for example how far you read, or whether you copied an "ask your AI" prompt). We do not collect anything you type inside third-party AI assistants.

To answer your enquiry and to send what you asked for (newsletter issues, asset packs).

To count how the site is used, so we know which case or method to write next.

We do not sell your contact details and do not share them with ad networks.

Enquiries and contact details: kept for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.

Newsletter subscription data: kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 12 months.

Anonymous usage statistics follow Google Analytics' default retention (up to 14 months).

You can email us at any time to ask what we hold, to correct it or to have it deleted (address in the footer). We reply within a reasonable period.

Your details are used only for the purpose stated when you gave them; we will not use them for marketing you have not agreed to.

The site links to external sites and AI assistants (ChatGPT, DeepSeek and others). Once you follow a link you are on that service, under its own data policy — this site neither controls nor is responsible for it.
